Travis is a Professional Farrier that takes great pride in his work, as well as his passion of cowboy mounted shooting. Travis has been shoeing for more than fifteen years on a professional basis, and is responsible for shoeing horses in many disciplines, of every level, including olympic-level. As a mounted shooter he has traveled the U.S. competing in the open class with his home-trained AQHA mare, Chips Pretty Girl as his main mount. They've been fortunate to make  a successful team and their highlights are listed under the photo gallery below. Travis strives for excellence in everything he does, has trained multiple winning equine athletes, and has been fortunate to teach mounted shooting clinics across the country. He enjoys teaching and considers it very much an honor to introduce many people to the great sport of mounted shooting.

TOTAL OF 79 HIGH OVERALL, OVERALL OR RESERVE CHampionships, as well as a national title (the 2017 Central US Mens Level Five champion).
